Refund policy

We value our customers and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. But due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final! We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. Melted body butter does not qualify for an exchange or refund!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@zoetjes-skin.com. Please include your name, order name and picture of the issue in your email, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once we receive your email, our team will respond whiten 48 hours to address your concern. If a replacement item is not available, we will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the costs of return is at your own expense.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we kindly request that you contact our customer support team whiten 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
