Shipping policy

While we work to prepare your handmade products, please allow us 2-3 working days to process your order before it’s shipped. Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends and holidays. 

Shipping

For now, we only ship on Tuesdays. Once your order has shipped please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped Ms. Zoetjes SKIN is no longer responsible or liable. Ms. Zoetjes SKIN is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. To resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs within the Netherlands for standard package are €7,18. The final shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight and size of the package. 

Returned Packages

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned to sender, you will be asked to pay a reshipment fee. Ms. Zoetjes SKIN is not responsible for any shipment issues caused byPostNL.
